Hierarchy Reporting Tools
The Hierarchy Reporting Tools are high-level reporting options that can be bookmarked from or linked to an Engagement Element (EE) for employees who have specific access to see Volunteer participation totals throughout various predetermined Levels. With the Reporting Tool comes two interactive dashboards that allow employees (with the appropriate permission) to drill down on Giving, Volunteering and Combined Giving and Volunteering participation based on:
-
Geography
-
Company Manager
Notes:
-
This is a tool that is not accessible directly from the navigation menu, but can be accessed via deep-link by replacing /home with /reporting at the end of the Community Home page URL.
-
For example: 'blackbaud . yourcause.com/home#/reporting' .
-

The Hierarchy Reporting Tools update daily at night (CST)
