Create Forms From Standard Product Templates

Standard product templates - or standard form templates - help you quickly build and customize forms based on best practices.

Available templates

The following templates are available in Program Setup > Custom Forms.

Tip: Filter the Forms table by Standard product templates to view available form templates.

 

Create new forms from templates

New forms can be created based on templates and then customized as needed.

  1. Navigate to the Program Setup > Custom Forms > Forms tab.

  2. Either filter the forms table by Standard product templates or search for the template to use.

  3. From the Forms table, select the ellipsis icon next to the template and then Create form from template.

  4. Relevant fields will automatically be populated in the Create Custom Form screen. Update this information if desired.

  5. Select Create and edit form or Create and quick add to save the form and begin editing.

Tip: An alternative workflow is to create a custom form as usual and select the template from the Start from template field in the Create Custom Form screen.

Note: Once a form has been created from a template, it can be further customized it by adding new fields, removing fields, etc. Any changes made to this report will not be applied to the original template.
