About Form Types
The form types available in Blackbaud Grantmaking define the form's audience in addition to its intended use.
Note: When creating a new form from scratch, the form will appear blank regardless of the form type. The types shown here are examples based on commonly accepted industry terms and are intended to help you better organize the lifecycles and workflows of your programs.
Applicant forms
The Applicant is the audience for all form types in this section. This category of forms might also be called External Forms.
Note: These forms are intended to be completed by external parties (i.e., Applicants) within the Applicant Portal.
