Reviews and ratings

We added the ability for you to leave reviews and ratings for applications listed in the Marketplace. You can only leave reviews on applications that have been connected to your Blackbaud environment.

You have the ability to update your review over time if information has changed. Also, application publishers have the ability to see and respond to your feedback publicly.

Unsure about leaving a public review? If you don’t want your name listed with the review, you have the option to leave the feedback anonymously.

To help you make more informed decisions about which applications will provide a positive experience for your organization, check out the reviews and ratings before connecting an application.

To leave feedback on an application your organization has used, search for and open the application from the Browse page. On the application listing page, select the Reviews tab.
