Environments
The Environments page provides an easy way for you to see which Blackbaud customer organizations have connected or disconnected your application in their environment.
An application can connect to multiple Blackbaud customer environments. If you create an application for multiple organizations, you do not need to register a unique application for each organization. You just need customer admins to connect the application in each customer environment.

                                                    To view the contact information for admin users who connected your application in their environment, select the Contact email column.

                                                    To export a list of Blackbaud customers who have connected your application in their environment, select Export.
 Show data access status

                                                    If you want to see the current data access for each environment, under Columns, select Access. Environments may have different data access status depending on whether environment admins have approved your requested change in scope yet.

                                                    If you recently made a change to the application's scopes and you want to monitor the status of environment admins approving your requested change in data access, you can enable a filter to only show environments with outdated scopes.
From the Environments page, select Filter, Only show environments with outdated scopes. Then, select Apply filters. Depending on the number of connected environments, this filter make take some time to apply.
Note: It's possible for some environments to show as having outdated scopes if the customer has made a change in their Blackbaud solution's capabilities, even if you haven't requested a change in scopes.
