Search using filters
To view only results that have specific characteristics, select the filter icon and choose the criteria of the items to work with. When you apply filters, you can view their selected criteria at the top of the list.
Tip: Filters are cumulative, so imagine an "and" between each one. For example, if you specify both a country and a category, your results are limited to donations that meet both criteria.

-
Select the filter icon.
-
Choose the criteria of the records to include and select Apply changes. Your selected criteria appear at the top of the list.
-
To set a filter's value, select the filter at the top of the list and choose values to further fine-tune criteria.
-
Select Apply.
Tip: When specifying filter values for Any of these values or None of these values, enter the values as you expect them to appear in the results. For example, if you used Any of these values to set the values for the Donor name filter and entered "Yu" and "Marie", the filtered results would only contain records where the entire name is either "Yu" or "Marie". The results wouldn't include donors with last names.
Note: For more information on the data, see Data types.

To reset a value for a specific filter, choose the filter at the top of the list and select Clear. To reset all filters to their original values, which clears your search results and allows you to start your search anew, select Clear all values and confirm that you want to remove the values you selected.
Tip: No filters are removed from your list, just the values you applied.

To remove criteria from your list, select the filter icon. Clear the checkbox next to the filter you wish to remove and select Apply changes.
